Nothing new to report. Nothing in, nothing out. I did finish my Double Wedding Ring but I counted all of that last week. I was looking at my quilting journal and I quilted six quilts in Oct. One for me, two for hire, and three charity quilts. No wonder I haven't been doing much sewing.
My goal this week is to get the applique done on the basket blocks. The rest of the quilt is waiting for that to get done. I can't work on the border until I get the center put together. I glued all the stems down so that is ready to go.

ReplyDeleteThanks for mentioning quilt journal. I had never thought of keeping a journal of what I work on during the week. I think I'll start today! I think that it would be interesting at the end of a year to see everything that is worked on in that time period. I'm definitely starting! Thanks for sharing

ReplyDeleteNo trick or treaters came to our house. darn. I have two mixing bowls full of chocolate candy bars. maybe next year I can advertise FQ's for trick treating quilters and reduce my stash! And I wouldn't be stuck with all those chocolate candy bars.......
